Jaguar Land Rover Announces Plan to Lay Off 4,000 Workers in Two Years

Jaguar Land Rover has decided to reduce its workforce due to challenging trading conditions and increasing competition. The UK's largest car manufacturer announced that it plans to lay off approximately 4,000 workers within two years. This decision stands out as a step the company is taking to reduce costs. Union leader Sharon Graham emphasized that JLR should prioritize evaluating employees in other areas instead of resorting to layoffs.
