Receptionist – Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to be assigned to Novel Centre Point Hotel, who prioritizes guest satisfaction, has strong communication skills, and is compatible with teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests,

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner,

• Monitor reservations and carry out necessary procedures through the relevant system,

• Respond to requests coming through phone, email, and other communication channels,

• Provide solution-oriented service by addressing guests' requests, questions, and complaints,

• Track room statuses and daily reservation flow,

• Carry out payment, collection, and invoicing procedures in accordance with protocols,

• Complete necessary handover processes at the beginning and end of shifts without any omissions,

• Maintain the order of the reception area and corporate standards,

• Work in coordination with housekeeping, technical service, security, and other departments,

• Act in accordance with hotel procedures, service standards, and guest privacy rules.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably experienced in hospitality or reception,

• Fluent in Turkish and English,

• Proficient in computer usage,

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,

• Friendly, presentable, and guest satisfaction-oriented,

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and shift work system,

• Responsible, attentive, and inclined towards teamwork,

• For male candidates, completed or exempt from military service.
